1. Who can join emmc.info
To ensure a safe and accountable community, you have to:
- Use the same name that you use in everyday life;
- Provide accurate information about yourself;
- Create only one account (your own); and
- Not share your password, give access to your emmc.info account to others, or transfer your account to anyone else (without our permission).
We try to make emmc.info available to everyone, but you can not use emmc.info if:
- You are minor or under 18 years old;
- You previously disabled your account for violation of our terms, policies, or guidelines;
- You are prohibited from receiving our products, services, or software under applicable laws.
2. What can you share and do in emmc.info
We want people to use emmc.info to exchange information and share innovative content within the community, but not at expense of the safety and well-being of others or the integrity of our community. You therefore agree not to engage in the conduct described below (or facilitate or support others in doing so):
- You may not upload viruses or malicious code or do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of our platforms.

When appropriate, we will take steps to notify you when we remove your content or disable your account for violating our Community Guidelines. You have the rights to private and secure messaging and forums
We can’t read or listen to any of your private messages and forums because they are protected by end-to-end encryption by default.
In order to manage spam and unintended use of private messaging and forums, we encourage user report in suspicion of Community Guidelines’ Violation through our contact form. We have rights to remove your account (and consequently your contents) if you violated our Term of Use.
If you believe that your account was unlawfully disabled, you have the right to object and/or appeal by contacting our contact form.
